Looks fine except you have to specify on or off for m_banawp
m_banawp < on | off >
To get mEAn to auto add the bots use
m_autobalancebots
Lookup the command for usage details, also look up
m_botmode
m_enforcebotteam
m_enforcehumanteam
m_autosteamswitch
m_switchbotteam
There's a lot of commands, but this should be enough to get you going.
