Yeah, the config program doesn't work. You have to actually change the values in the epb.cfg file. Min and max skill are there, set them from 1-100. Higher the number, the higher the skill obviously.
Then yes, turn off ultraskill.
And yeah, Storm, might wanna make sure that the epb addbot, stuff left over from the dedicated server stuff doesn't work cause obviously some are still used to it.
