Are You sure You have all such files: botnames.txt, botchat.txt, botweapons.cfg, botskill.cfg, botlogos.cfg and podbot.cfg untouched - I mean You edited no-one of them? Normally You may need to edit podbot.cfg, but it shouldn't cause crashes. Let me know how did You setuped Your DS with bots.
