Server crashes on map change. -

Ok first off,
Im installing this on a dedicated windows rented server,
it seems to run fine until i change the map, and its not even all maps,
for instance, if i change the map to cs_office the server is fine and doesn't crash, however, if i change the map to lets say de_dust2 the server crashes,
why would it crash on some but not on others.
im assuming im using the latest version available too
