Yeah, for a lot of CS1.5 servers on steam, rename your "cstrike" folder to "csv15" and you should get a couple.
Btw, since it's on steam and acts like a hl1 mod, you need a valid HL1 cd key to play it, cause it goes by steam_id and all that for banning/kicking.
