I know what your error might be:

Error:Failed to load dialog file Resource/UI/ClassMenu.res

Function trace:
CGameUI::Start
CGameUI::Initialize
CFileSystem_Steam::Mount()

Currently ever since I uninstalled everything today trying to install 1.5, and I installed cs1.6 again, and did podbot thing and clanmod and thats the error I'm getting, and its nothing related to PodBot MM at all, its a missing source code in your counter-strike.gcf File.

Somebody figured out how to get rid of the error, but they were jerks and didn't publicly post it for everyone.
