Heyyo,
Well, they actually get the max player speed from the server, and they set their max speed to that. And their speed does differ weapon to weapon as they almost walk with the sniper while sprint with the knife. Usually I find myself skidding past the bots as they tend to run around even at round start with their main gun whilst I run with the knife.
