No - You shouldn't automatically change such paths from incomming to outgoing. I suggest do this if it's really possible (also for human players) one way direction to go. Otherwise (if the human player can go in both directions) - Your path should be "bi-directional".

If it's related only to camp waypoint - You can do only this - remove (delete) such waypoints and place them manually again. Then Your bots should look in correct directions from camp spots. But if it's not related to camp waypoints - You may need to ask about it at
Waypointing forum.
But before asking there - try to express more detailed Your problem - try to notice when they are looking in strange directions.
