OK -it may mean also "copy". If You are not using all in one installer - just grab
fullpack R2B46d unzip it and upload it to Your server (I mean all podbot directory into addons folder on Your server).

restart Your server and try to join it and write in console
meta list
and look if podbot is whole loaded or not (badf for example if not loaded).
Update Your AMX to
0.9.9b version (it supports bots correctly).
