Does anyone know why I would be getting these error boxes?

#1. "Error determining MOD directory name!"

#2. "MOD Dll not found (or unsupported MOD)!"

#3. "Can't get MOD's GetEntityAPI!"

#4. "Can't get MOD's GiveFnptrsToDll!"

I extracted the Parabot folder to "C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\username\dedicated server"
I then went into "Parabot/valve" and ran the install.exe.
I also tried doing the same to this director, ""C:\Program Files\Valve\Steam\SteamApps\username\Half-Life" and then tried running a listen server.

My server specs :
AMD Athlon Xp 2200+
512 DDR RAM
Windows XP Pro
I run a dedicated Half-Life Deathmatch server and the parabot version I'm trying to use is 0.91
