Remove also botaim2 from plugins.ini - then Your bots will make much more damages. Botaim2 shouldn't be included into that pack - unfortunallly we didn't say it clearly to the author of it. But since the latest steam update You shoud rather use
R2B46d fullpack. It includes fixed bot binaries (win32 dll, linux so) for the latest steam update (bot spectating instead joining team).
