Wierd Error -

When I start my listen server, I open the JoeBOT menu and hit addbot, and then when it gives me the choice to choose add a CT bot or add a TE bot, no matter which one I choose, it crashes the game and an error comes up and says
"log : SING error"
What is wrong?
