OK guys - updated guide.

The cmd "action_forever" is incorrect - its actually "action_active". My bad.

Also, a bug fix: if your teammates picked up a dropped OBJ, the goal tracker is mistakenly incrementing. This is fixed now, and a new DL link will be posted.
