95 degrees? I know for a fact that the AMD in my WoodPuter (c)(r)(tm) dies at 75.
If you want good cooling and low noise, get a big CPU fan. The bigger the fan, the slower you can make it spin for the same result. I have a 12-cm fan over my CPU, it's the only fan in the box, and it makes less noise than everything.
