Well normally you can not see your own server in the list. Go to
www.gametiger.com and search for your server either by name or ip address. If gametiger returns it then rest assured that internet clients can get to it.
Also go to Find Servers - Favorites and add your server to the favorites list. Just click the Add Server button. Then enter your local ip address.
Example : 192.168.1.201
