FINALLY it works! i did what you told me.i deleted the realbot.dll from cstrike dlls folder.although someone told me to do that very long time ago.and i put read-ony on the liblist.gam.then when i went to make a new game it fianlly worked it did not crash and bots load normally.there was nothing to change in the liblist.i should of left it alone in the first place.well i wanna say thanks for your help.i just hope the next time steams gets an update it does not mess up realbot.
