Does the seller realise, that if the person that buys it attempts to use it, and fails.. He is liable for some serious sueing?
Thats the only reason people paid for it, for the sueing rights, he states NOWHERE on the page (except for a brief comment in the Q/A) that it doesn't actually work :p
ebay are very strict when it comes to things like this unfortunantly.. Its kinda stupid to make an auction like that too.. funny.. but stupid, i could do nothing but laugh when i first saw it ;D
