Illegal .... i dunno for sure i haven't checked my self if it's a real ripoff or he coded it compltely him self. ( the later seems unlikely seeing all the resembelance between how they work. and in his steam forums post he says it's the sc:source bot)

If you are using steam and CS:source you could just as well use the bot that is included no need to install a ripped version over the existing one that is being updated on a regular base.
If this guy would give credit and maybee develop on the bot, extend it, make it better, add stuff of his own, etc etc it wouldend be so bad.
IF the SC:source bot was opensource but it's not. :-\
