I don't think so... If you know italian, you can understand portuguese very well. Spanish has a lot of different words that you think it means one thing, but is the opposite... and grammar has a lot of differences as well...
Exaple:
rubia means blond(e) in spanish, but if you ask any brazilian that doesn't speak spanish, they will say that it means red hair (forgot the english word...
