If I see it correctly, the other thing You have incommon is some mod writting a lot of info to the client at round start, at server joining, at round end etc. I'm talking about StatsMe and AMX (Amx mod X).

Yeah - they crash a lot with bots, but because they are bad wriiten. They (these plugins) wants to execute some commands on bots, impossible to execute at them.
