The docs have been updated and improved so you should give them a read. Check out the _version.txt document to see what has been changed and what you need to do. Also look at the sample INI file and make changes to your existing INI if needed.
The bat files are there as examples to show you how to create your own. The install/uninstall bat files are there as a convinence.
