Ok, I have attached a ZIP with 4 screenshots and some comments.

In general, your waypoints seem to be very good, but the map is just too small to be a really good example. Bots see each other immediately, which causes them to disregard waypoints and switch to combat behaviour. It also makes tactics somewhat obsolete, which is why the placement of T and CT important WPs in this map is rather useless. I see that you added a whole row of important WPs in the sewers to make bots choose that passage more often. But you see, as soon as they have spotted each other, they give a damn about different passages.

All in all, there was nothing really wrong with your waypoints, and what I found were really minor details, no serious bugs at all.

I'd really like to see how you waypoint a "serious" map. How you fill spaces, how you waypoint doorways, how and where you set camp WPs and strategically important WPs, how you make jumps, how you distribute nohostage flags or bomb target WPs etc... so if you find any reasonably sized, bot-compatible custom map that hasn't been waypointed so far - why not cs_estate, cs_thunder or de_rotterdam?
