Make sure you have headshot.wav in your cstrike\sound\misc directory. Also, amx_statscfgmenu is the command for the AMX stats plugin. For StatsMe, you'll have to type statsme_menu in console followed by the password you set up in the statsme.cfg file (i.e. statsme_menu opensesame).
