Well, de_dust_zero is a dust-style map with dust textures (and pretty ugly), but at least it sports a layout of its own instead of copying dust.
As for cs_warzone, that map is really fugly, but I can imagine that it might be fun to play.
I'm taking care of both, though I'll prolly never add the waypoint files to any pack I release. 9_9
