hmm, i don't think its handy to run windows EXE files through an emulator, this wills low it down a lot. Try calculating the maps on a dedicated server (under linux itself).. this will work too and will work way faster...

I have no clue about your console problem. Perhaps the same reason cause of using an emulator.
