That works fine..
They keep the current weapon until die (it may works so even few rounds - until die). Then they will use the weapon You chose. Knife (jason mode) works a bit different way.

Yes the kick all bots works good
Most times works fine. but other times it dont.
I had 6 vs 6 (few players on CT side) I was in spec mode
and wouldn't let me kick any Terr.
So You want to say sometimes You are able to kick T bot and sometimes no? OK. I'll test it more then also under CS1.6.
