Yes, most of the settings are self explanetory except for a few, if i could be more specific:

[WEAPON]
PrimaryWeapon=-1
SecondaryWeapon=-1
SaveForWeapon=1

I can only guess as to what these do, some examples of different settings would help

[SKILL]
XOffset=2.198923
YOffset=2.198923
ZOffset=2.198923

Are these percentage offsets or actual values (what is the range allowed)?

[PERSON]
Turnspeed=36

What is the range of aceptable values for turnspeed or is this also a percent (of what though) ?

I could not find any such information in the install or download section. If it does exist then please accept my apologies.
