well due to GNU's permissive-for-end-users-but-restrictive-for-developers license, I just won't even bother porting my bot code to Quake 1, 2 and 3, as that means I would have to release all my code under the same terms (which is what I don't want to do). And I don't want to fall into the evil side either.
