I got the same problem. THe only way I could overcome it was to complete delete CS, reinstall, and get amx and not amxx. Everytime I made a new installation of amxx (plus realbot/joebot/podbotmm+Warcraft3 FT) I got alwyas the same error.
I suggest you get yourself amx mod. For me it continues to be stable over time.
