The best part of Halo in my opinion was the coop campaign mode, but they took that out of the PC port for some stupid reason.
If you're going to try it, rent an XBox and make sure you have someone to play it through coop with you. I found the deathmatch and SP campaign pretty boring otherwise, but thats just me.
