I've been on some cool servers and I have seen some awsome mods

I've been wondering what Mods say, "HeadShot!" when you headshot someone?

and I got adminmod..

And those Stats : You did this much damage to this ammount of people and you lived this long and blah blah blah.

Got any clue what I'm talking about?
