Since there are no waypoints used in the new Realbot you have to run around the map to create nodes. So as recommended by Stefan have a friend go on te and you on ct and just run around to spawn point, jump on boxes, goto bomb sites. You could do yourself but takes longer. The bots will join and learn as you play. The more time on the map the better they get.
