I have made waypoints for a bunch of maps with the bsp2rbn.exe tool. Tell me wich maps you want and I'll put up a link for you. But all you have to do really to get them start fraggin you is run around the map and make sure you visit both spawns, and bombspots with both T and CT .. Then they have learned the map from you

Or you can dl the bsp2rbn.exe and do it for yourselfe
