To get to correct work AMX and Podbot mm together You have to get AMX 0.9.9b. This version contens the fix for bots/players recognizing. You can get it here (thanks to KaszpiR - my Polish colleague):

The people were writing here about AMX X, but the bug was the same in both mods. Finally fixed in AMX0.9.9b and AMX MOD X 0.20 (in 1.0 too).
