Unknown command meta means You didn't install correctly metamod.
In Your liblist.gam file (in CSTRIKE directory) You should see this line:
gamedll "addons\metamod\dlls\metamod.dll"
instead
gamedll "dlls\mp.dll"
The latest one is the original line - You should comment it out (by writting # at begining of the line) or delete it.
But all of this I've described in that thread I've asked You. Don't have any idea what can I say more.

Sorry I can't help You because metamod and podbot aren't CS:Source and HL2 compatible. They are HL1 compatible.
