Nights in Casablance. It sounds cool.
You are a visiting some backwater country that suffering from civil strife. Its well known that you are visiting, and you are greatly respected as a representitive of your country.
You come across a village where there is 20 peasents lined up against a building, with a firing squad about to shoot them. The sergeant of the squad sees you, halts the countdown to fire, and greets you.
He believes it would even more effective to keep the peasents in line if you were the one to shoot them. He gives you the choice:
Either you shoot one of the peasents and the other 19 go free and live, or the firing squad shoots all the people.
