Hmmm, are you sure you have realbot in the right directory?
Could you give us the exact path please?
And make sure that you have the following paths:
..\Realbot\data\cstrike\bots
..\Realbot\data\cstrike\exp
..\Realbot\data\cstrike\ini
..\Realbot\data\cstrike\light
..\Realbot\data\cstrike\maps
