Doom3 yes, was scary at times when you couldn't see the badguys, which's probably why the flashlight's only handheld, and the game was really dark.
Aliens Vs Predator 2 can be scary at times, dunno aboot #1...
Undying, yes, scarey, but not once you get those flaming head skull things, I'd just spawn them n' lmao.
as a kid I was in fear of the adventure game called "Darkseed." Lol, I only beat that 3 years ago once I found out it was abandonware n' got it again... now... one of these days I'll get "Darkseed 2" and complete the series that scared the crap outta me as a kid... back on my ol' Macintosh LC 575.
