Well, technically ladders are easy to wp in PB. However, in de_leestore there are many ladders which can only be accessed from odd angles and end at railings, so bots have to climb up and then go down the ladder... plus, the map is full of vents etc. etc.... it's not the ladders alone.
But from waht you tell about RCBot, it might be a piece of cake after all.
