@Salvation: man, I can sympathise with you dude. I used to own this rig:
A compaq (

! lmao! oh god I was a fool...)
AMD K6 with 3Dnow!
256mb periatry (or something like that) ram
Voodoo 4 32mb pci
n' you know what folks? Max Payne 1 ran pretty good on that rig, even if you max out your 3dfx settings! I barely lost any frames! (like, from 16 at low settings to 13 at max settings! pretty sweet eh? 9_9 )
so yeah man, keep that voodoo board, it's a gem. They were top knotch at the time, n' I'm sure if nvidia diddn't buy them out, they'd still be on top cause those boards were just... awesome.
I wish I owned a rare voodoo 6 board... cause it's the 1st 128mb vid card, n' they're collectors items, selling now at $6000 american! insane eh?
Actually I wish I still owned my v00d00 4 32mb PCI, that thing was great... for a pci card that is.
OH! also, do you still have the official 3dfx drivers, or did you pickup some new 3rd party ones? (hey, if you can't find it 1st party, then there's always 3rd party

)
if you don't, I suggest using them cause they work A LOT better, n' you can customise every signle aspect of rendering on the card. Like, over 30 options I think.. crazy eh?
here's the website I used to use to get em:

Lol, oh god, after browsing this thread I feel like I'm back on my compaq... eep! *throws on Doom3* ahhh....
