Resurrecting this thread now since it's time to finish the discussion and agree on the draft.
Several things happened, E[POD]bot has resurrected from its grave and other bot authors joined us recently.
I'm adding a poll to this thread to validate what botmeister said, after that if it's approved it will be added to the www pages along with the council and member rules (this of course when the server will be repaired, which shouldn't be long now).

Well what is needed is just to put it into shape and add it to the front page.
