Can you please tell me the exact system requirements for CS V1.6? I have Win XP, Intel Celeron 900MHz

, Voodoo 3 2000 16MB

, 512MB Ram8o... So, what do u say?

Also what is the difference between CsV1.6 Steam and Non-Steam. To be ownest what does STEAM mean? LOL
