Oh thats easy:

You have to download RealBot : Artificial Intelligence Version 1.0 and unpack/install it in your HL folder.

Then you have to edit the liblist.gam file in yor cstrike dir:

Change the Line
gamedll "dlls\mp.dll"
to
gamedll "..\realbot\dll\realbot.dll"

If you wan't the newest version, you need to install metamod and download the newest WIP...
