- trim down some ancilliary files (from botman): remove unused codes,

- improved boundaries testing on most parameters
- use 3 passes if needed (switch -3)
- can specify the Half-Life directory (switch -d) in order for Bsp2Rbn
  to fetch map file from the default directory and to store the RB
  files in their directories
