it's "pb addbot [skill [personality [team [model [name]]]]]"
skill: 1 - 100
personality: 1 - 3 (normal, aggressive, defensive)
team: 1 - 2 (1 = Terrorist, 2 = Counter-Terrorist)
model: 1 - 4 (I think you should know what this is)
