OK - copy and paste here Your plugins.ini from Metamod directory. I prefer put podbot_mm.dll as the latest file-plugin in the metamod plugins list (plugins.ini). And did You try to call amxmodmenu (or something like this - to open a general AMX X menu) to check if really even admin plugins of AMX X is not working?
