Is there anything that I can do about there skill?

I mean it is bad (even when they are at minskill/maxskill 100). It is as if you are playing against a 2 year old that just pushes buttons and is not even looking at the screen.

When I first put PB on the server, I had people complaining that they were to hard and not fun to play against when I had it minskill 40 maxskill 60. Now at 100/100 everyone is a CPL player playing against someone who just bought a computer from Wal-Mart and decided to get CS as there first ever game.
