Use "developer 0" to turn off messages in console appearing ingame.

The not loading is a unique problem, could be the interaction of Realbot with the Hookmod.

You cannot adjust skill ingame, they must spawn at a particular skill I believe.

They do see the map in 3d, as a bunch of nodes and markers to indicate players.
