I am also having this same problem. But it doesn' just kick bots randomly, it kicks ALL bots at the same time, then they rejoin. then after awhile, BOOM they are gone. i have tried everything i know to fix this with dedicated server. it has to do something with fakeclient i bet.
btw are you using adminmod also?
