@PMB - can You move this thread to the correct place? Maybe You have to disable posting in general PODBOT26mm forum by people with less than 100 (for example) posts at BU. After should be shown a message to this man trying write here something - "Posting here is disabled for You. You have to write the thread at correct subforum - according to Your problem".
Is this possible?
